Entretanto, é preciso evitar protelar quando se tem clareza. Decidir é, também, cindir; cisão sem coação. Não deves alimentar o que não podes continuar. “If you have to make a decision about certain things, remember that unless you finish first something which needs to be concluded, you may put at risk what you come to decide in the future. You must be determined to end a period, so that another period can start; this is because in certain decisions, some elements cannot be contemporized. It is not  convenient for you to be here, wishing to be there. Nor to leave, if you wish to stay. However, in life, decisions aren’t always easy. The truth is that choices must be discerned; and once things are clarified, you should avoid postponing your decision. To decide also requires a scission; a scission with no coercion. You should not maintain what you cannot keep going. You cannot reconcile what is divergent to start with. To decide, you need to split between alternatives, and, from there on, assume a new stand point and follow up.” (Father Airton)

“Do accept the challenge of life, that of an inner change. Unless you decide to constantly modify yourself during your lifetime, you shall eventually notice, that besides wasting secondary gains due to accommodation, you may have wasted your opportunities and potential as well. You will come to understand what you should be doing in order not to leave behind any dreams you dreamt, dreams that never came into being. When you experience the limits of having to change, and don’t have the energy of even starting the process, you may incur in a great deal of suffering which could be avoided. There is no point in living merely to be alive; what you need is a scope to live and this must go along with overcoming your limits, provided love is the underlying reason, the first motive and also the last cause, without which you shall experience losses and more losses.
